Dr. Malan was the first doctor in the Western US to offer Laser Liposuction and has performed more Laser Liposuction procedures than any other doctor in the U.S. Dr. Malan was an early adopter of the Body-Jet system which when combined with Laser Liposuction provides safer and more reliable smooth body contouring and skin tightening with even less downtime than Laser Lipo alone.

Dr. Malan is also the developer of the Natural Breast Augmentation™ where fat obtained during Body-Jet liposuction is gently removed and the fat transferred to the breast to create a natural permanent augmentation without implants. He was the first doctor in the U.S. to perform the Stem Cell Breast Augmentation using fat enriched with a patient's own stem cells.
